fomo is a product of Onsight Labs LLC. Most of what you might need is built into the app, so this page points you there first: each of those paths works on its own, with nothing to wait on. Email is at the bottom for anything the app cannot do.

Something in the app is broken

Open fomo, go to the Profile tab, open Settings, and choose Send feedback. Say what you were doing and what happened. The report carries the app version and your device details, so you do not have to.

You cannot sign in

fomo signs you in with an email and password, or with Google or Apple. Use the same method you used the first time. Forgot your password? Enter your email on the sign-in screen and tap Forgot password, and we email you a reset link. If a new account says it is not confirmed yet, tap the link in the email we sent when you signed up, or tap Resend email. Either way, check your spam folder for mail from no-reply@joinfomo.app.

Someone is making you uncomfortable

Press and hold any message and choose Report, or open the person’s profile and choose Report or Block. Blocking cuts contact both ways and we never tell them. Anything involving a minor is covered by our child safety standards, which also say how to report it.

An invite link is not working

You do not need an account or the app to answer an invite: the link opens in a browser and the RSVP works there. If the page says the link is not available, the host may have cancelled the plan, the plan may have already happened, or the link may have been used by someone else, since a shared link seats one guest. Ask the host for a fresh one. To get the app, go to joinfomo.app/get.

Your data and your account

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy. To delete your account, see delete your account: it takes a few taps in the app, and there is an email path for anyone who cannot sign in.

Email us

For anything the app cannot do, write to support@joinfomo.app. Include the email address on your fomo account and what you were trying to do. Never send a password or a sign-in code: we will not ask for one.
